SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL

 

Subject to stock availability. We try to provide accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there could be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to offer an alternative product or process a refund.

PROCESS

 

When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately. Our aim at MRB cricket is to have all our cricket items in stock and we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for peace of mind. Please note: throughout our peak periods (Christmas and prior to the cricket season) due to high levels of orders it may take up to 3-4 days to dispatch your order. However, we will advise you should there be any delay in processing your order.
 

DELIVERY TIME

 

 

Deliveries are made by our couriers from Monday to Friday at any time from 9am to 5pm. There must be someone present in order to sign for the order. PLEASE NOTE: ALL DELIVERY SERVICES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.

We offer free delivery on all orders within UK Mainland excluding (Highlands & Offshore, Channel Island)
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


When your order is dispatched you are sent an email to confirm that its on its way to you. 

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING


We offer worldwide shipping on all orders, please get in touch via email if delivery is outside of the UK as delivery charge will be calculated by weight and dimensions of product.

 

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days from the purchase date, depending on product availability. Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are then delivered within approximately 7-12 business days. We aim to meet

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us.

*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.
